What you will do

As a member of RMO BR Team, you will drive the future from our company by working in close collaboration with Brand SQUADs to unlock Innovation full potential, while enabling our business ambition achievement. In this role you will be part of a Regional Team, while acting Locally to ensure Innovation excellence in execution and safeguarding Cluster Innovation Performance via OKRs, by:

• Ensure adherence and diligence to Global Innovation Process & Governance, while leading Local Governance for Pipeline Review & Performance tracking.

• Champion Innovation Process & Governance in the Cluster by ingesting Regional Capabilities, while fixing Local Fundamentals, such as evolving Post Tracking and Launch Readiness.

• Lead a continuous education agenda behind Innovation Process & Governance, while being the local expert to support & guide SQUAD teams.

• Enable Innovation excellence in execution by leading innovation agenda on Brand SQUAD through Launch Readiness and Post Tracking.

• Actively engage on IBP process by co-leading the Portfolio Management Review Session, escalating and ensuring agile course correction for Innovation performance.

• Ensure diligence on delivering Innovation commitments by tracking OKR performance and proactively engaging on action plan alongside Brand SQUAD.

• Ensure diligence on delivering Innovation commitments by Locally orchestrating Innovation BB on Strategic & Financial cycles, alongside w/ Brand SQUAD: 3YOP, Mandala, BP, JU.

• Lead robust Local Pipeline (Trade Customization) definition and prioritization to address business/channel needs, facilitating Governance and ensure implementation by playing the PMO role.
