What's the scope of this role?
We're currently looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing company! In this role, you'll collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to create and design a variety of visually rich assets to support classroom training, e Learning, and documentation, including presentations, workbooks, handouts, user guides, infographics, and brochures.
You will be part of a global team that provides training on Netcracker's customized software solution to digital service providers around the world. In this position, you will work both independently and in collaboration with other content creators to provide creative and design support across the training team whilst enforcing training style guidelines and aligning with company brand standards. This position is right for you if you enjoy learning about new technology and applying your graphic and content design skills to simplify complex topics and teach them to others.

Responsibilities
- Leverage knowledge of graphic design principles to increase usability and transform complex written information into clear and precise visual communication.
- Visualize business and technical concepts, relationships, and processes to create high quality, reusable training materials.
- Create, conceptualize, and improve upon slides and presentations in Power Point.
- Apply graphic and instructional design principles to a variety of training projects that may be large or complex in scope.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to schedule reviews and make updates accordingly.
- Recommend different formats, layouts, and visual assets to improve the learning experience for Netcracker end users and other training participants.
- Build excellent relationships across teams and projects, and mentor team members to teach best practices and techniques in graphic and instructional design.
- Follow and maintain Netcracker graphic and instructional design standards and templates.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, information design, infographic design, or instructional design.
- Thorough understanding of graphic design principles, including grids, typography, color, layout, imagery, and design systems.
- Experience in educational design such as supporting training activities for technical products or services.
- Experience in the telecom industry preferred, or related experience working with software products in the technology industry.
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas through concise language and visual design.
- A portfolio showing proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and illustration.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Self-reliant and able to independently develop learning assets with minimal
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, resolve complex issues, and improve current processes or solutions.
- Ability to execute on instructional design and company brand standards.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
- Experience with Adobe Creative tools a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Branding, or a related field.
- Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud tools a plus.
