Expatriates:

Supports company expatriates with Brazilian processes, providing clear guidance on local regulations, including carnê leão and company policies.
Assists in the annual review of cost allowances through detailed cost reports and spreadsheets based on market research and the cost of living in Brazil.
Supports the reimbursement of expenses related to rent, condominium fees, childrens schooling (Keihi Seisan), medical expenses (Iryo Hosho), periodic rest (Seiyo Kyuka), and vacations in Japan (Ichiji Kikoku) by verifying reports, entering data into systems, and processing reimbursement requests to Japan.
Provides initial orientation to expatriate spouses, covering important aspects of life in Brazil.
Organizes periodic meetings and luncheons with expatriate spouses (2-3 times a year) to foster community and provide ongoing support.

Corporate Credit Card:

Offers support for corporate credit card management and resolves related issues.

Trainees:

Monitors and checks trainee expenses.
