What you'll do:
As an IT Specialist you will be the IT Business Partner for Commercial Area in Latim America focused in Sales Operations and Trade Marketing, building and delivering a Business-oriented agenda strongly aligned and integrated with company strategy. In detail, you will:

• Be the IT PMO of Business Excellence & clusters as lead of Governance and Portfolio Management within structure;
• Identify and propose new solutions, process, ways of working and innovation;
• Leverage current IT role as a It strategic partner being recognize as enabler for business goals through technology;
• Be connected with external solution to provide best solutions connected with business goals;
• Be a tech, sales/commercial solutions and data enthusiast to unblock current portfolio;
• Build and management of Sales Operations & Trade Marketing LA portfolio guaranteeing quality of deliverables, communication and partnership among areas including planning, execution, milestone monitoring, tracking, status updates. Budget and resources management;
• Be creative and innovative connecting your knowledge and awareness of industry trends to business needs and opportunities. Also identifying synergies across IT regionally;
• Lead Data Transformation Program on Commercial among IT Data and Business areas acting as IT Product Owner acting closely with Delivery IT team for synergy with all evolved teams.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Administration or equivalent technical experience;
• Experience as an IT Business Partner preferably for Sales & Commercial areas;
• Previously having exposure to problem solve, project and stakeholder management, ITIL overview, design & development solutions and Data strategy;
• Strong customer focus and service attitude;
• Clear thinking, effective communicator at all levels;
• Able to work collaboratively;
• Data & Analytics methodologies and tools;
• Advanced English;
• Intermediate Spanish.

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
