Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. As a critical part of the sales team, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and customer support to achieve company growth objectives.

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales opportunities. As a critical part of the sales team, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and customer support to achieve company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, identifying potential customers' needs.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs and product fit, passing high-quality leads to the field sales team.
- Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
- Conduct initial product presentations and provide information about the features and benefits of our cobots.
- Answer customer questions and provide technical information, collaborating with the engineering or technical teams when necessary.
- Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and sales quotas.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the field sales team to coordinate handoffs of qualified leads and provide background information.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and market trends, helping to improve campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Attend sales meetings, product training, and industry events to stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Can work with Portuguese, English, Spanish.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the robotics, automation, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to listen, identify customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail.
