• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows to guide product development.
• Product View: Analyze and design the user experience across different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams of developers, product managers, and client stakeholders to define project goals, create and validate hypotheses, define non-functional requirements, and assist in prioritizing opportunities based on established value, risk, and impact.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure that proposed solutions are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the correct implementation of designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, information architecture (IA), and journey maps to communicate UX/UI solutions.
• Apply and document WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards in creating inclusive digital experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and provide constructive feedback for continuous process improvement.

• Previous experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on UX.
• Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma (experience in creating UI and components is a plus).
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Advanced English: Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design projects.
