Job Location: São-Paulo
Sub-region Leadership Program Manager responsibilities.
- Coordination of the Ro B (Rhythm of Business): Pipeline Governance: agenda led by the Customer Growth team to track OKRs and execution/action items of the agreed Demand Generation plans. Ensure alignment of cross functional areas such as Partners, Marketing, and Services.
- Revenue Governance: work closely with the sales leaders and Regional Sales/Finance to track the revenue motion granularly, daily, monitoring the impact in the consumption curve (Billing modifications, credits, optimization) and coordinating action plans for acceleration.
- Bookings Governance: work closely with the sales leaders and Regional Sales team to guarantee a consistent tracking of potential contracts. Coordinate action plan to remove blockers and accelerate sales cycle.
- Coordination of engagement with customers and the market: Google Office Events Governance: act as the point of contact for all the teams that are producing sales events to guarantee that the process and prioritization is correct. It includes collecting all the data and expected pipeline impact from sales, marketing and other teams handling customers.
- Internal and External Google Events: be the point of contact for the sub-region internal (Town Hall/All Togethers/All Team Meetings) and external Google events. With the sub-region leader guidance this role needs to coordinate agendas, content creation, speakers’ preparation, delivery, post-survey, provide suggestion for improvement.
- Executive Engagement sub-region execution: support the leadership with the customer senior stakeholder management, tracking for key accounts, relationship management, execution of global and local opportunities. Support the sub-regional leader business trips, collaborating with Sales leaders and Administrative Business Partners to build business trips (pipeline analysis, briefings, logistics final check).
Education:
bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a technology or cloud services environment.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex governance processes.
Experience specifically within the cloud services or technology sector. Prior experience working with global teams and managing projects across different geographies.
Preferred skills:
Preferred: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports and dashboards for tracking progress and performance.
- Expertise in change management and driving organizational change initiatives.
- Strong networking skills and experience in stakeholder management at the executive level.
- Experience with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks.
Fluent Portuguese and English.
Preferred: Added Fluent Spanish.
