KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal advice for GWM Brazil, including marketing promotion, consumer relations, after-sales service, automotive supply chain legal affairs
Conduct legal trainings subject to business needs
Negotiate, draft and review contracts and commercial agreements
To be responsible for the laws and regulations related to the auto industry, provide the legal solution timely
Negotiate resolutions to litigation when appropriate, will be required to attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned as needed
To liaise with external law firms, manage outside legal resources as necessary with an eye toward minimizing expenses

English
At least 15 years experience, being 10 years in automotive companies
