As Maintenance Planning & Control Coordinator you will be responsible for Coordinate maintenance tasks such as repairs and inspections, Oversee PCM and Inventory staff, Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure implementation, Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues, Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, Ensure the constant availability of required materials and equipment, Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance, Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, Ensure health and safety policies are complied with, Update maintenance logs and report on daily activities, Manage the spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary, Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations

Your key responsibilities

• 
  Define and maintain the performance indicators with the respective reference requirements, update the technical documentation of the equipment and machinery and form the list of spares;
  

• Update maintenance plans;
  

• Management of maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Planning Efficiency, Programming Efficiency, Resource Allocation...);
  

• Review the registration of systematic work orders related to equipment and machinery maintenance plans and respective periodicities;
  

• Maintain the system in a regime of operational normality in order to prepare and raise awareness of the employees involved with the maintenance activities, for notes and records of the tasks performed, also including the registration of the hours of equipment and machines stopped and causes of breakdowns;
  

• Inspect the systematic and non-systematic maintenance plans arising from inspections
  

• Bring innovation and news systems to optmize and improve the PCM management
  

• Inventory & Cost Management
  

• Annual Shutdown Planning and Management
