Support the development and execution of One Lubrizol marketing communication strategies and plans for the LATAM region, aligned with the overall regional business and global marcomm objectives. This can include brand building campaigns, thought leadership programs, PR activations, industry conferences and enhancing visibility of our continued growth in the region.

Seek for opportunities to bolster Lubrizol’s awareness in the market, in alignment with One Lubrizol brand projects and guidelines. Collaborate with the regional marketing team to localize and adapt global marketing campaigns for the LATAM market, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.

Maintain relationships with local PR agency to secure coverage and press releases to maximize brand exposure and PR opportunities. Align with global PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize media exposure.

Create engaging and localized content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, blogs. Adapt global content to fit the local market and cultural nuances. This includes digital content, presentations, case studies, whitepapers and other collateral to support brand awareness, commercial demand and talent recruitment.

Execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, website optimization, and SEO/SEM strategies.

Analyze and report marketing communication performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.

Establish relationship with internal clients and departmental groups to plan and execute communications projects.

Write and/or edit content in many forms and styles, with specific focus on presentations at special internal events and internal communications.

Develop initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote a positive company culture in the Latin America region. This can include facilitating employee recognition programs, internal events, internal campaigns, employee surveys, and supporting our Inclusion Diversity & Equity in Action (IDEA) program.

Work closely with all other members in the Marketing Communications team, specifically the Internal Communications, Creative Services and Media Services teams to accomplish goals.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing communications, including providing guidance for business specifics events and communications.

Support marketing events in the LATAM region, including Lubrizol-owned events and industry conferences.

Support the translation process for internal and external communications, where necessary.

Support other internal and corporate communications initiatives as needed.

Postgraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
-
3-4 years of experience in a marketing, internal communications or corporate communications roles.

Ability to interact with diverse groups of people, develop strong networks and build credibility within the organization to work with stakeholders on engaging content.

Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different target audiences.

Excellent oral and written communication skills focused on conveying complex information

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.

Cross-functional collaborator skilled at bringing people together and building relationships to drive results

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to travel (regionally and potentially globally) up to 10%

Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
