We are currently expanding our reach in Brazil and are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as a School Representative.
Role Overview:
As our School Representative in Brazil, you will play a key role in promoting our programs and recruiting students to join our international school community in Canada. You will work closely with prospective students and their families, educational consultants, and local schools to build relationships and increase enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with study abroad agencies, educational institutions, high school and other B2B partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the Brazilian market.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions to showcase our programs and services.
- Represent Kingsway Academy & ICEAP at events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote our brand and recruit new partners.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve strategies and offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners and student referrals.
- Travel as required to meet partners, attend events, and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the study abroad or international education field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil and occasionally abroad.
- Knowledge of the Brazilian education market and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Pay: R$4,465.40 - R$6,779.76 per month
