Symplicity is seeking a Marketing Specialist BR, with strong content marketing skills to help our Marketing Function on Latin American countries. The right candidate should excel at crafting high-level communication, maintaining consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints, developing internal processes, working with international channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Vice President of Latin America and sales team to develop go-to-market strategies to achieve brand recognition and growth in the markets. As head marketer, you will own pipeline creation and the marketing lifecycle of prospective clients.
• Identify and create marketing activities and content to drive demand generation and leads, increase renewals and customer satisfaction, including case studies, sales presentations, coordinating webinars, social media, blog posts, video scripts, infographics, website copy and more.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of markets and trends.
• Manage reseller marketing programs in local markets.

What does it take to be part of our team?

• Experience in the development and execution of B2B marketing programs, with expertise in digital marketing, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and sales support.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; nice to have.
• Excellent writing, creative skills, and creating marketing content.
• Experience in collaboration with B2B sales leadership and teams.
