The position

• Desirable Mechanical Engineer or required technical degree with emphasis in Mechanical or equivalent, with active CFT or CREA
• Minimum 3 years as a Lead Mechanic on board production facilities or 6 years of experience working as Mechanical Technician onboard production facilities can be considered.
• Good verbal and written Portuguese language skills and desirable.
• Efficient in use of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP, and efficient in using office package.
• Strong technical knowledge and maintenance of HVAC system, rotating equipment, Hydraulic Systems, Cranes and Diesel engines.
• Technical knowledge to read and interpret technical drawings and P&ID’s.
• Embraces cooperation and open collaboration as essential ways of working. Proactive by nature, takes initiative and can work independently as needed. Gives and receives constructive feedback and is motivated by continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge and experience working with gas compression systems, Hydraulic equipment, and diesel engines (Cummins, Caterpillar) and Cranes.
