The Monetization Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The LATAM MSO team is looking for a Data & Analytics Associate to support Brazil and Spanish LATAM monetization.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and clean data from disparate sources using SQL, R or Python, and BI tools to investigate key business trends, issues and opportunities
• Develop scalable analytical and reporting solutions such as tables, datasets, models and dashboards
• Conduct in-depth analyses that help the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities
• Effectively communicate actionable insights and drive projects across all levels to inform monetization efforts
• Work closely with cross-functional partners, including regional monetization teams, international strategy and data teams, and business stakeholders to drive analytical initiatives to completion
• Develop and maintain integrity processes and help manage data pipeline to ensure reliable, accurate, and efficient data for reporting and analyses
• Ad-hoc reporting requests.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in a technical field such as Economics, Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, etc.
• 3+ years of analytics experience in consulting, data science, or strategy related fields.
• Proficient in statistical software (like R or Python), BI tools (like Tableau or Power BI), and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
• Self-starter; Highly analytical, high attention to detail; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
• Business level capabilities in both English and Portuguese
