OBJECTIVE:
This role is responsible for leading and executing the development strategies and technical agendas of innovation, renovation, improvements and cost optimization projects for all KH Brazil packaging , in accordance with good practices, regulatory standards, food safety and quality standards, ensuring the technical feasibility.
The position is the technical reference for Packaging for the 3 plants Blumenau, Neropolis and Nova Goiás and the varies categories of products and related packs. This position also manage a team of 6 people and is the technical leader for the PODs (agile structures) for the packaging developers.
KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Manage the agenda of short and long-term developments – Innovation, ESG, VE (Value Engineering), Supply Security;
  
• Lead the technical agenda locally, ensuring the cascading of existing programs in IZ and through partnerships with suppliers;
  
• Responsible for managing resources (people, assets and training) to ensure project delivery;
  
• Lead technical agenda of development of new suppliers and / or packagings to ensure business continuity (Supply security);
  
• Ensure that new packs or pack specs comply with local legislation, KHC guidelines, plant feasibility and consumer acceptance;
  
• Be responsible for building and managing the Packaging Budget (ZBB).
  
  

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher Degree in Food technologies or Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related technical field;
  
• Experience in R&D leadership;
  
• English advanced;
  
• Spanish basic knowledge;
  
• Standard MS Office tools knowledge is a must.
