Describing the main attributions of the position.
To Support the Strategy
Establish a daily routine and panel to look after CRM Process Optimization
Set best Technology & Methodology Evaluation to the team
Follow up best Sales coverage model and territory Planning (cost efficiency)
Support High level planning and goal Setting
Data analysis and drive actions (received from other teams – Idle, Overdue, write-offs, downfalls)
Create format and push for better Sales Forecasting using CRM data (data also used for equ forecast)
Performance Improvement
Set the Lead Management process when received by trade team (BI) and follow up to make sure to extract the best of it.
Control Compensation and Incentive plans
Implementation of sales Methodology and best practices
Identify KPIs and Sales metrics that will drive expected results
Technology
Drive Adoption and customization of a CRM
Plan and create Integration of apps and tools (simplification)
Tools to improve Communication management (leads to mkt, massive mailing, ask for more)
Data management and Reporting
Tasks automation
Sales Operations
Company’s Products training
Support Sales techniques training (SEA)
Maintain an Onboarding process to new talents
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or similar areas.
IT and System Requirements: High knowledge of Office tolls (Excel and Power Point)
Language: Fluent English
Experience: Experience with process improvements
Previous experience in a sales/business development/account management role will be seem like a plus.
Friendly and confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A flexible “can do” attitude.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Creative and process improvement mindset to transform/improve processes constantly.
