What You Will Do

  • Work closely with technical team to develop scalable solutions
  • Installs, configure, and maintain monitoring systems
  • Analyzes monitoring data to gain insights and identify issues
  • Innovates to improve the performance of monitoring systems
  • Provide L2 support to customers


What Are We Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the software industry
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.
  • Experience with tools like Postman, Jaeger, and working with APIs
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience in developing Slack integrations and JIRA is a plus
