About the jobWe are looking for a Strategy and Insights Market Manager, responsible for bringing growth-driving consumer, market and shopper insight to define the strategic agenda of Brazil. More specifically this involves being seen as the 'oracle' for consumer, category and competitor understanding. The go to person for identifying and explaining challenges or opportunities that affect our innovation roadmap direction. The role also involves managing the ad hoc research program across our brands and ultimately ensuring that the consumer is at the heart of everything we do as a business.

Key Accountabilities:
- Elevate consumer understanding across the business (Dairy and Specialized Nutrition): Ensure the consumer is at the heart of our Strategy
- Brand development and innovation: Partner with Brand Teams to ensure plans are grounded in consumer insight
- New paradigm research approach: Identify agile, innovative and value added research methodologies and analytical approaches which lead to smarter decision making across all areas of the business.
- Build relationships and influence stakeholders: Develop strong relationships with local functions and Global stakeholders
- Completed graduation degree;
- Have significant experience in adhoc studies (innovation and communication) and be highly skilled in both project management with agencies and interpretation/insight development;
- Be analytically minded and comfortable navigating complex data sets;
- Ability to synthesize multiple complex data sources and perspectives into a clear, action focused story with tangible recommendations;
- Have experience using continuous data sources (Kantar, Nielsen);
- Experience of FMCG Category is an advantage;
- Be fluent in English;
- Leadership Skills;
- Influence and Challenge Business Decisions;
- Availability to work on a hybrid model in São Paulo capital.
