YOUR ROLE
- Manage and take accounts receivable decisions to enable business continuity and growth while safeguarding Henkel´s financial risk
- Be a business partner to the business team to discuss and decide about Accounts Receivable business strategies with customers
- Guarantee Customer Credit Management compliance
- Actively participate in Cash Net Working Capital Council and drive improvement initiatives
- Lead a team with people in different countries
- Connect the team with other clusters and the regional team, as well with other areas in the countries, especially Controlling
- Guarantee that our Shared Service Center is updated, aligned with local teams and delivering properly
- Stay updated on macroeconomic and trend topics to apply new opportunities
- Act as role model to drive agility, resilience and digitalization to the organization
- Spreads Accounts receivable, Cash Net Working Capital and Cash relevant knowledge and consciousness across the company
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Finance or business-related careers.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
- 5 years of proven Accounts receivable or business-related experience.
- Team Leading experience.
- Solid know-how and business acumen.
