About the use of your Data
The candidate, when sending a resume with personal and professional data to participate in the Recarga Pay recruitment and selection process, is aware that the data will be used for the necessary analyzes and validations throughout the recruitment process and for hiring, if necessary, as well how you authorize Recarga Pay to share curriculum data with other companies in the Recarga Pay group if opportunities arise according to the candidate's profile.

- Tech Leaders are recognized not only as technical leaders but also as a crucial figure in people management and project oversight. This role involves a blend of technical acumen and strong leadership in managing teams and driving project success.
- Establishes team objectives and project goals, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Oversees and leads a team of engineers, ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines and budgets.
- Actively involved in recruiting, training, and developing team members, fostering a productive and growth-oriented environment.
- Collaborates with other technical leaders to align technology strategies with company goals, contributing to the overall technical direction.
- Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines(NTH).
- Experience in team leadership and product companies. At least 4 years.
- A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management. Knowledge of microservices architecture is an advantage.
- Proven experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications and using monitoring tools to monitor production applications.
- Strong understanding of the development cycle and multidisciplinary work.
- Agile methodologies knowledge.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication.
- Effectiveness in setting and achieving clear team objectives and project milestones.
- Leadership in guiding the team towards successful project delivery, within time and budget constraints.
- Success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering talent within the team.
