Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Drive outbound sales through cold calling, emails, and Linked In.

Collaborate with and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Analyze market trends and competitors to spot new sales opportunities and refine strategies.

Work with marketing and product teams to develop targeted strategies and adapt products based on customer feedback.

Keep CRM records updated, track sales progress, and provide concise reports and forecasts to management.
- Familiarity with fleet management / telematics industry is a bonus but not required
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years as a top performing Account Executive

Track record of consistently exceeding KPI targets
- Sharp analytical and communication skills
