Role Summary
Revive ERP is looking for an experienced Acumatica Support Specialist to join our team. As an Acumatica Support Specialist, you will resolve complex software issues and respond to enhancement requests that help our clients harness the full potential of Acumatica ERP. Your work will be essential to driving customer satisfaction, as you provide efficient, accurate solutions that reflect a deep understanding of both Acumatica and our clients’ specific needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a range of clients, using your ERP expertise to make a tangible impact on their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Acumatica ERP, including diagnosing root causes and determining effective solutions that minimize downtime and maximize usability.
- Customer Enhancement Requests: Address customer requests for additional functionality or customizations by assessing feasibility, communicating necessary modifications, and coordinating enhancements with internal teams.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the liaison between our clients and internal teams, coordinating with support techs, consultants, and account managers to ensure a seamless support experience.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions, providing insights to improve the efficiency and quality of our support services.
- Product Expertise: Develop deep expertise in Acumatica Cloud ERP to effectively communicate the benefits, features, and potential customizations that drive optimal product adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to stay current with Acumatica developments and industry best practices.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience supporting ERP software, with a preference for candidates with Acumatica ERP knowledge.
- Acumatica Experience: Proficient with Acumatica’s Advanced Financials, base functionality, generic inquiries, business events, and import/export scenarios.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with engineering and construction industry ERP needs is a strong asset.
- Customer Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver clear solutions and a positive customer experience.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex issues quickly and effectively.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility and proactive approach to evolving client needs and enhancement requests.
