About the Role
Mint Health + Drugs seeks an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will support and collaborate with various departments while primarily working alongside our executive team to ensure efficient administrative operations. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and provide reliable support will be crucial in driving the success of our initiatives. - Provide clerical support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Assist in project planning, including logistics and preparation of materials.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take detailed messages and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct research and compile reports.
- Assist with personal tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events, projects, and vendor services.
Education & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in administrative or business-related studies is preferred.
- Experience in office administration is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Noteworthy interpersonal abilities.
- Communicates clearly.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Knowledge of the pharmacy or health care industry is an asset.
- Ability to adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Experience in pharmacy management and leadership is an asset.
