Title: Aluminum Fabricator Reporting to: Fabrication Foreman Location: 68 Industrial Drive, Borden-Carleton, PE
Compensation package: $20/hr to $35/hr, Overtime starts at 44 hrs/week, 2 weeks/year vacation (4% accrual), Group Benefits ($25k Life, $25k AD&D, 80% Dental, 80% Health, Paramedical, vision, travel allowances), 2% DPSP plan
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fabricate aluminum entrances, storefronts, curtainwall, and doors according to project specifications, blueprints, and design drawings
• Measure, cut, and shape aluminum materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Weld, rivet, or bolt aluminum components together
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards and client expectations
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator specializing in aluminum or similar metal fabrication work
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, design drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures
• Positive attitude and energy to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
