Digital Agency Remote Job - Analytics Specialist

Supreme Optimization is looking for an analytics expert who has a proven track record of optimizing websites and digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
Conversion Tracking and Reporting:

• Successfully set up and manage conversion tracking for clients' digital marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Use Google Tag Manager to set up conversion tracking across multiple platforms
• Develop and maintain dashboard reports that provide clients with actionable insights into their campaign performance, highlighting areas of improvement and success.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that align with clients' business goals.

Dashboard Development:

• Collaborate with the Director of Business Analytics and other stakeholders to design and build informative and visually appealing dashboards that effectively communicate campaign performance and business impact.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of conversion tracking data, making necessary adjustments to maintain data quality.
• Verify that dashboard reports are error-free, consistent, and reflect the most up-to-date information.

Client Communication:

• Work closely with clients to understand their reporting requirements and KPIs, tailoring dashboard reports to address their specific needs.
• Communicate data-driven insights to clients in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business goals.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of conversion tracking and reporting strategies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to refine and improve dashboard layouts and reporting methodologies.

Technical Proficiency:

• Demonstrate expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to conversion tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth data collection and reporting processes.

Competencies and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including setting up conversion tracking.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) and creating informative dashboards.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts (preferred).
• Knowledge of life science industry (plus, but not required).
