Harnett Homes is a residential design/build firm specializing in country and lake front properties. We work directly with clients, designers, architects and landscape architects to reflect our clients needs. We provide site analysis, physical characteristics of the property, which environmental organization oversees the property and zoning restrictions. Architectural drawings are created and issued for review. 3 dimensional renderings are created to help clients visualize the project. Permit applications are prepared and submitted for review to environmental agencies such as NEC ( Niagara Escarpment Commission) NVCA (Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority). Zoning application are submitted to municipalities and building permit applications are submitted for permit review.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to help design and liaise with clients, building officials, architects and designers. The Candidate will have a bachelor's degree in architecture or an architectural technologist diploma as well as a BCIN in "house" and "legal"
The candidate must be fluent in English and be able to work legally in Canada. Have the ability to commute or relocate to work Monday to Friday.
