What will you do in this job?:

• Plan, organize, and execute live events, trade shows, and experiential marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and alignment with overall marketing strategy.

• Develop impactful sales tools, presentations, and collateral that support the sales team’s efforts.
• Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive lead generation.
• Manage marketing campaigns to optimize performance and reach target audiences.

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive partner engagement and sales growth through various distribution channels.
• Collaborate with channel partners to create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns that align with both parties’ objectives.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including sales managers and marketing team members, ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the hospitality industry.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

• Proven experience in managing live events and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM database, Salesforce Account Engagement preferred
• Experience in channel marketing, with a track record of driving partner engagement and sales growth.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
