The key successes for this role include B2B marketing experience, stakeholder management, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
This role is based in the Calgary office of Pursuit. Some travel to and from other locations will be required. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.

- Plan, organize, and execute live events, trade shows, and experiential marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Sales Tools and Content Creation:
- Develop impactful sales tools, presentations, and collateral that support the sales team’s efforts.
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive lead generation.
- Manage marketing campaigns to optimize performance and reach target audiences.
Channel Marketing:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive partner engagement and sales growth through various distribution channels.
- Collaborate with channel partners to create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns that align with both parties’ objectives.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including sales managers and marketing team members, ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the hospitality industry.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the hospitality or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing live events and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM database, Salesforce Account Engagement preferred
- Experience in channel marketing, with a track record of driving partner engagement and sales growth.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
