Job Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team through brand storytelling, ensuring consistency using style guides.
  
• Develop and deliver impactful, consistent marketing campaigns across technical industries.
• Contribute with a strategic marketing mindset in various technical sectors.
• Research and develop marketing strategies within budget; report on key marketing metrics.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across North America, including all related materials.
• Manage and distribute internal and external network communications.
• Host, plan, and facilitate calls, meetings, webinars, and training as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and optimize the internal assets drive.
• Coordinate website maintenance and content updates.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on local and national marketing initiatives.
• Coach and support offices with a focus on marketing strategies and execution.
• Collaborate and provide support for other departments as needed.
• Analyze market trends and apply to business.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  
• Ability to work within an international team (Canada and US) or independently as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely task-oriented, organized, and able to manage simultaneous plans.
• Evening and/or weekend work may be necessary at times to fulfill business needs.
• Valid passport for some planned travel (e.g., for trade shows, internal meetings to the US).
