Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and expertise in hair styling.
Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on styles and products.
• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
• Promote retail products and services through effective upselling techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for all clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their preferences.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, shaving, and grooming.
• Experience in retail sales, particularly in promoting beauty or grooming products.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
