PAUL BAKERY CAFE AND RESTAURANT is hiring full-time and part-time Baristas/Bartenders
PAUL BAKERY AND CAFÉ is a unique, French chain of bakery/café restaurants established over 130 years ago in the town of Croix, in North of France. Today Paul bakery is in over 50 countries providing the highest quality French products, including bread, crêpes, sandwiches, macarons, soups, cakes, pastries, fine dine-in, coffee, wine, and beer. Main duties and Responsibilities of BARISTA at PAUL:
-Prepare non-alcoholic drinks including espresso, tea, cold beverages, etc.
-Prepare alcoholic drinks including cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, spiked drinks.
-Maintain a clean working area, appliances, and utensils
-Maintain stock levels and bar supplies
-Other duties may be assigned as required
Required Experience and Qualifications:
-Must have 2 years of relevant barista experience
-Serving It Right Certification
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work flexible hours as required (early mornings, weekends, nights and/or holidays)
-Professionalism and a genuinely warm inviting personality
-Ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail
-Organized and able to work under pressure in a very busy environment
-Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
