We are looking for a seasoned technology builder with a platform mindset with experience in building highly performant frontend experiences at massive scale. You will directly hundreds of millions of users who visit our Frontdoor each year, empower hundreds of developers to build delightful experiences, partner with platform teams to create innovative solutions to solve complex customer problems, and help Turbo Tax continue its amazing growth journey. As a leader in the Tax Experience team, you will shape the team’s vision and roadmap, foster a high-impact engineering culture, mentor peers, and lead by example.

What you'll bring

• Ability to drive velocity in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with numerous stakeholders
• 10+ years of experience developing systems/software for large business environments.
• 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
• Full-stack development experience with AI technologies/tools and apply it to user experiences or backend solutions.
• Experience with AI technologies like Sage Maker, Vert.x, Lang Chain, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Dialog Flow, Python
• Experience with at least one of the following:
  • Front-end technologies like React, Angular, Swift UI (i OS), Kotlin (Android)
  • Back-end technologies like Java, Typescript, Spring, Express (Node JS)
• Prior working experience in a cloud computing environment like AWS/GCP is highly desired.
• Prior experience working in teams that have built AI native applications for 1+ years
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related area.
