Here’s what you will be doing as our Manager of Client Experience:
· Client Onboarding. Guiding clients through the transition. Set up/clean up of a QBO file, document processes, then train another bookkeeper to take it over.
· Lead the Advisory Service Delivery. Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and providing insights that enhance their decision-making.
· Client Relationship Management. Serve as the key contact for high-level client interactions
· Client Retention and Loyalty Initiatives. Develop strategies to retain clients by regularly assessing their satisfaction and providing value through personalized attention and support
Here’s what you’ll need to know:
· Quick Books Online! This is a must. You’ll need at least 3 years of experience. Preference will be given to those with experience working in a multi-client environment
· This role allows you to work from your home office in Canada . You must live and be eligible to work in Canada.
· Preference will be given to those with experience working with the unique bookkeeping needs of churches and charities.
· Comfortable working with technology/cloud apps – QBO, Karbon, Dext, Wagepoint, Pay Edge, Zoom, Excel are a few of the programs we use daily.
· Experience with client account management a plus.
· Hours are 28-35 per week. To be decided together.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
