Menzies Automotive Group is looking for a Brand Ambassador/Admin Representative.

We are looking for smart, customer-focused representatives located at our headquarters who enjoy providing premium, luxury customer service to consumers from throughout Canada with a passion for classic, performance and muscle cars. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively investigate and resolve a wide range of customer issues, adapting to individual circumstances and employing both diplomacy and assertiveness to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers during RMAs via phone, assisting with building shopping carts, providing ETAs, tracking orders, managing pickup requests, conducting product research, and placing orders.
- Assist customers in-store by providing knowledgeable support, answering questions, and facilitating a seamless shopping experience.
- Accurately and without bias organize and compile data for ownership and upper management review, ensuring insights are actionable.
- Actively listen to customers, leveraging expertise, creativity, and passion to explore product offerings and support their purchasing decisions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Discuss product features and benefits while employing professional service and sales techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide an exemplary and unique customer experience during every interaction, whether through phone, email, in-person, or live chat.
- Project a professional company image through all customer interactions, fostering a positive brand perception.
- Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Support team members and collaborate with co-workers to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- College diploma/university degree required
- Knowledge in the automotive industry a plus
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability - able to receive feedback in an open and forward-thinking way to adjust to ever changing demands and situations..
- Motivated – self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute to the team in a positive manner. Is motivated to improve upon weaknesses for self-reward and personal job satisfaction. Values continual learning and improvement.
- Organization skills – uses time efficiently and prioritize appropriately with strong time-management skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Windsor, ON N8X 1H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
