Your Role in Our Journey
As the Business Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, from inventory management to supporting our sales and logistics processes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll analyze data, forecast demand, and help streamline our business operations, all while contributing to business decision-making. The Impact You Could Have
  • Inventory Planning & Analysis: Develop accurate inventory forecasts to ensure we maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth.
  • Operational Support: Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations, from order processing to shipment delivery, working closely with sales and logistics teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales trends, inventory data, and operational performance to provide actionable insights and help improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and brokers to ensure timely delivery and optimized inventory flow.
  • Customer & Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage orders, customer requests, and successfully resolve any customer service issues.
  • Advanced Excel & Microsoft 365 Utilization: Use your advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 to create detailed reports, models, and analysis that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports to senior leadership, ensuring timely and accurate data for planning and growth objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other internal departments to maintain smooth operations and support order fulfillment, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
The Experience We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, operations analysis, or administrative support in a business environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with inventory forecasting, operational policies, and systems analysis.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
