The Skilled Trades College is Canada is Canada's leading construction trades training college. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role your primary responsibility will be to call all warm leads to schedule an appointment for a campus tour, answer all incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and assist with their needs while promoting our products and services. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in both English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

• Required to make 100 calls per day to leads for all campus locations.
• Schedule via phone, email or text campus tours for all of our locations
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers and build rapport.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in customer records.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate campus location.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
