Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers who have inquired about vehicle financing or information through our website. Your primary responsibilities will include explaining our services, understanding customer needs, and collecting necessary documentation to facilitate the approval process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact individuals who have applied for vehicle financing or requested information via our website.
  • Clearly explain our company's services and processes to potential customers.
  • Identify and assess customers' vehicle preferences and requirements.
  • Gather and manage all necessary documentation for official approval.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an asset.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage of $16, plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive benefits package available after 3 months of employment.
  • One week of company-provided training.
  • Work hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
