We aim to evolve the cannabis market. Background - ANC was founded in 2017 by a group of passionate friends and became Alberta’s first micro cultivator licensed facility in 2019. We embarked on the pre-roll production journey in 2020. Currently we work with 4 different types of Pre-rolls – traditional, cigarette, blunt, and infused pre-rolls. ANC is seeking dedicated, reliable, and skilled production workers to join our dynamic team. As a production worker, you will be responsible for assembling various tasks, conducting quality checks, and ensuring the flow is as smooth and efficient as possible. Your attention to detail, technical aptitude, and commitment to safety and producing high quality products will be essential in maintaining our high-quality standards and meeting production targets. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Product Assembly: Accurately assemble products according to provided instructions. Ensure the correct use of tools and components in the assembly process.
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
Packaging: Package cannabis products according to regulatory requirements and company standards. Label products accurately and ensure proper sealing to maintain freshness and quality.
Quality Control: Identify defects, measure dimensions, and conduct quality checks. Visual inspections and quality checks throughout the production process. Report any issues to supervisors and collaborate to find solutions.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate safety gear, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Communicate clearly and work together to achieve production goals.
Production Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets set by the company. Strive for efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Problem Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process. Propose and implement solutions to ensure continuous workflow.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, defects found, and any adjustments made during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications/Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred (Not required)
· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
· Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
· Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing production needs.
· Ability to handle strong scents and fragrances.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
· Must have the ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Punctual, dependable and positive attitude
· Legally authorized to work in Canada.
