The Assistant Director, Experienced Hire Recruitment is responsible for the oversight of recruitment efforts to fill a range of experienced hire positions in designated geographic areas or business units. The incumbent leads recruiting activities, develops and maintains relationships with service line leaders and local BU leaders; ensures the successful implementation of key recruitment priorities and initiatives in line with business strategies and provides oversight and key strategic direction for operational processes within Recruitment.
Your key responsibilities
- Implements recruiting plans for designated area/BU.
- Acts as primary recruiting point of contact for key client groups; develops and maintains relationships with service line leaders, business partners, client service recruiting teams and service line recruitment leaders.
- Provides leadership and functional guidance to service line recruitment leaders and helps to manage the development and training of the recruitment team.
- Maintains a constant and steady focus on the local marketplace and disseminates local market intelligence to key client groups.
- Coaches and provides functional guidance to Recruiters on the team to fill designated area/BU needs.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 7+ years of related experience, preferably from a professional services environment
- Proficiency in the following competencies: ability to manage multiple priorities, understands the nature of the professional services industry, builds positive relationships.
- This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $92,300 to $153,800. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
