Rodd Hotels and Resorts, Atlantic Canada's largest privately owned Hotel Chain is seeking a customer service oriented person to join our team as a Central Reservation Agent
Job Summary: Working out of our Central Reservation Office in Charlottetown, answer calls from our toll free number and make reservations for guests at one of our seven Hotels or Resorts . Provide exceptional guest service, as you help each guest plan their vacation, book golf and relay information about each of our locations throughout the Maritimes,
Skills, Abilities and Qualifications

· Customer service oriented, genuinely likes interacting with people
· Excellent communication skills
· Good listening skills, able to read and respond to guest needs.
Bilingualism French & English considered an asset
· Ability to adapt to new situations
· Team Player
· Proven ability to multi-task
· Good at problem solving with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
· Detail oriented
· Good Computer Skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Positive attitude and energy with strong emotional intelligence
· Willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
