This project is the first of several corporate transformation activities on the horizon. Many of these initiatives involve adopting digital technologies to improve our practices and services.   • Coach, train, advise and support internal clients to successfully adopt changes resulting from corporate projects and initiatives;
  • Act as the senior liaison between project teams and the Director, Communications;
  • Develop and maintain change management policies
  • Field change management communications-related questions from employees and senior managers.

Language requirement: Bilingualism preferred
Most exciting of all, you will be in an ideal position to bring your full talents to bear, to be decisive in defining the full scope and purpose of this dynamic function, and to put your professional and personal stamp on change management communications for our organization.
