Résumé du poste : En tant que chargé de projets de construction débutant, vous serez responsable d’assister à la planification, à la coordination et à l’exécution des projets de construction.
Responsabilités principales :

• Planification de projet : Aider à l’élaboration des plans de projet, des calendriers et des budgets.
• Coordination : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les architectes, les ingénieurs, les entrepreneurs et les autres parties prenantes pour assurer l’alignement du projet avec les objectifs de conception et de construction.
• Communication : Faciliter une communication claire et efficace entre les membres de l’équipe de projet et les parties prenantes.

Qualifications :

• Bonne compréhension des principes de conception architecturale et des processus de construction.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
• Compétences en communication et interpersonnelles efficaces.
• Maîtrise des logiciels et outils de gestion de projet.
• Expérience : Une expérience de stage ou de travail préalable dans la construction ou l’architecture est un plus mais n’est pas obligatoire.
