Cheerleading Coach

We’re looking for enthusiastic coaches who are excited about being part of our growing program and making a real impact on young cheerleaders.
If you’re an ex-cheerleader, enjoy working with children, and want to play a key role in their cheerleading journey, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
THE POSITION:
- Instruct pre-competitive cheerleading programs, following our structured syllabus, in a positive, safe, educational, and fun environment.
- Participate in team meetings, training, events, and reviews as scheduled.
- Previous experience in competitive cheerleading is essential. The successful candidate will be able to teach our assigned lesson plans with exemplary technique.
- Experience working with children (e.g., teaching cheerleading, tutoring, assisting coaches, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a coach.
- Passionate about cheerleading and dedicated to delivering high-quality classes.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members.
We understand that university students have demanding schedules, so we offer flexible work hours that can be tailored to accommodate your classes. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in guiding amateur athletes, making it ideal for those passionate about cheerleading and youth development. With the chance to build your coaching skills and contribute to a growing program, this part-time position is perfect for students looking to balance work, school, and their love for cheerleading.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
