What will you do?

• Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day to day banking operations
• Identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with the Client Relationship Team to establish client contact strategies and proactively contact clients to understand their needs, changing circumstances and provide value added advice and service.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a sales and service role
• Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success
• Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
• Foundational skills in both business and financial acumen

Nice-to-have

• Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g. BBA, B. of Commerce or equivalent on-the-job learning
