PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a major project located in North Vancouver, British Columbia.


Wages:
$26.68 - 38.12/hr plus vacation and statutory holiday pay as well as other incentives.


Suitable candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Understand and follow PCL's HSE programs and value working safely
• Be able to complete task hazard assessments and maintain a safe work environment
• Value teamwork and working cohesively with others
• Be available to work overtime, evening and weekends as the project may require
• Proficiency in pouring and placing walls and slabs
• Be able to color match concrete patches
• Proficiency in grinding and/or chipping concrete surfaces
• Be able to finish concrete to a desired finish
• proficient and knowledgeable in the use of internal and external vibrator's
• Understand the safe operating procedures for tools and equipment
• Understand the safe use of required PPE(respirator, tyvek suit, face shield, fall protection, etc.)
• Follow proper procedures for mixing concrete patch material
• Be able to perform a variety of construction labour tasks
• Experience working with hand and power tools
