• Answer clients over the phone, by email or by live chat;
• Inform clients about the status of their delivery;
• Collect comments from clients and escalate particular cases if needed;
• Improve the company's service by listing issues that came up while dealing with problematic cases throughout the day.

• 6 months of experience in a customer service position (call centre environment seen as an asset);
• effective, responsible and keep your cool while facing difficult cases;
• great listening and writing skills;
• customer satisfaction is your priority;
• capacity to show courtesy and empathy when needed;
• comfortable working with Office 365, Google Maps, and internet in general;
• bilingual (English and French).
