Customer Service Representative

Essential Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and overall communication with knowledge and efficiency.
- Schedule initial consultations with clients efficiently and accurately.
- Creating e-mails and making calls to follow-up any cancelled appointments to re-schedule.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to all clients – written and verbal.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company guidelines.
- Always uphold a high standard of professionalism.
- Maintain customer account database with accurate and confidential record keeping.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in an office/call center setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Ability to multitask, take direction and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
- Be comfortable with navigating between different computer software and possess basic computer skills.
Available shifts are as follows (Woodbridge Office):
- 8:30am – 6:30pm Tuesday – Friday with occasional Saturdays.
- Over time when needed
