Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Type of Employment: Temporary Contract– Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, investigate, report and take appropriate action with regards to OS&D, night operations reports

Enter pickups and respond to customer inquiries via email or phone calls
Knowledge of designated accounts, i.e. Product, customer expectations
Maintain designated customer accounts
Investigate and/or advise customer regarding OS&D shipments/undeliverable shipments
Coordinate specials or samedays
Provide verbal POD’s
Trace shipments
Ensure all priority alerts or specials are on-time
* Any additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience

Good computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in customer service
