Your Key Responsibilities

• Executes order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
• Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
• Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
• Control and monitoring of delivery schedules sent by customers.
• Review order management.
• Editing of received customer orders to align and enter them into the system.
• Control incoming orders and clarify high fluctuations with customer before releasing them in system.
• Initiate Return Goods Acknowledgement process.
• Address customer inquiries regarding price and availability.
• Complete and submit customer credits/debits, RGA, deduction records.

Your Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or business-related field or equivalent qualification/experience with demonstrated competency
• Two years of experience in sales, production, planning or purchasing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prefer previous experience with ERP systems (SAP)
