The Role
As the Customer Service Representative, you excel at providing exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers. In this forward-facing role, you will create a great first impression of our company and brand. You will also exemplify professionalism and patience and have a “people-first” attitude. This is a full-time position


What you will be doing

• Assist and greet all customers (in person and on the phone)
• Book deliveries
• Process payment from customers
• Filing / records management
• Assist Manager with any administrative tasks as assigned
• Partner with sales consultants / team members to provide optimal customer solutions

To be successful in this role you must

• Have a great work ethic, be punctual, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people
• Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
• Be a quick study when it comes to computers software and systems (intermediate computer literacy is essential)
• Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Enjoy working within a diverse team

Compensation
$16.00 per hour
