Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
· Deliver exceptional and prompt customer support, ensuring utmost professionalism.
· Maintain consistent communication, aligning order status and product details with customer expectations.
· Actively address customer concerns and discrepancies, prioritizing their satisfaction.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Client Liaison and Internal Collaboration:
· Organize and lead internal meetings to address customer issues, feedback, and improvements.
· Ensure seamless customer experiences by relaying vital order and customer details to relevant departments.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Cultivate strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
· Provide tailored solutions rooted in unwavering service, consistently logging interactions for improvement.
Sales Quotation Assistance:
· Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to create precise quotations.
· Ensure timely delivery of quotations, addressing customer inquiries and clarifications.
Sales Support:
· Assist and support sales team in retention and growth of customer.
· Identify areas of growth to increase ‘share of wallet.’
· Assist in marketing initiatives in concert with MTM’s marketing agency.
· Assist in referral programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Degree in business, communication, relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role or sales support role.
· Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Possesses a technical background in manufacturing, providing a valuable advantage.
· Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Aptitude for both independent and collaborative work settings.
